Sport is a compulsory and valued part of the university's curriculum and is an integral part of a student's development. It requires physical involvement in organised games or activities within an accepted set of rules.

We aim to provide a complete learning experience for our students as we believe that participation in competitive sports and recreation activities form an integral part of University education.

University Sports Scheme

This scheme is to assist sports athletes to optimize their chances of securing on-campus housing. It is part of the University's support to athletes who commit substantial time and effort in training and representing the University. It aims to help them to better manage their time between studies and sports.

Sports Awards

During the annual Sports Awards Ceremony, awards are presented to athletes to recognize their sporting achievements. Sports grants are also given to those who have made outstanding contribution in the promotion of University sports.
