This course focus is to know the business processes that are communicated both business administration and computer science communities. Increasing customer satisfaction, reducing cost of doing business, and establishing new products and services at low cost are important aspects of business process management from administration point of view. Business process management includes concepts, methods and techniques to support the design, administration, configuration, enactment, and analysis of business processes. The basic of business process management is the explicit representation of business processes with their activities and the execution constraints between them. At the end of course, the student will know the aspects of information technology specialists that carry out business process management with a shared language to communication with business stakeholders. Furthermore, business process automation technology allows the students as IT specialists to implement and monitor IT systems in a way that is aligned with the vision that business stakeholders have of the organization.
