This course aims to provide the project management concepts, tools and techniques which can be applied in projects especially for Information System (IS) Projects. The students will be expected to make the successful management within the IS project life cycle. They can also manage the various processes which are involved in IS projects and resources effectively by knowing the various management skills such as time management, cost management, human resource management, risk management, etc. Moreover, the students will gain the deeper understanding the role and responsibilities of project manager.
